What we do

Our team performs full in-house refurbishments of Babbitt-lined bearings, including removal of old material, surface preparation, re-casting with high-quality white metal, and final machining to exact tolerances. This end-to-end process ensures a high-performance finish and a longer service life.
When bearings show signs of wear, scoring, or fatigue, our recasting process restores them to like-new condition. Using controlled temperature and centrifugal casting techniques, we apply a new layer of Babbitt material that bonds securely to the bearing shell and meets OEM or custom specifications.
